At ManSoft Systems Private Limited, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been the foundation of our existence right from day one. Since inception ManSoft's objectives in this key performance area are enshrined in its CSR statement: "To help educate the kids, enrich quality of life in the communities we operate and help protect the environment and the ecological balance for the betterment of our surroundings; we want to make this world a better place for all."
An essential component of our corporate social responsibility is to care for the community, carry out social upliftment programs, protect our environment and the cultural heritage. We endeavor to bring a positive change to the underprivileged communities by supporting a wide range of socio-economic, educational and health initiatives by working closely with our employees and other organizations engaged in working for upliftment of the underprivileged communities, carrying out environmental work, etc. We believe that for the betterment of the society the active participation of our employees plays an important role and many of the community projects and programs are driven by their active participation. Our commitment to address important community needs extends throughout our philanthropic outreach programs driven by our employees and our stakeholders.
The purpose of our CSR initiative is of improving, guiding and inspiring the lives of the underprivileged, our goal is to facilitate programs and give direct assistance and resources to groups, families and other charitable organizations working in the areas of healthcare, education and environment. We tend to provide a platform and opportunities for those in the community who have little or no access to any assistance.
Our goal is to protect our environment and preserve ecological balance; on this front we are encouraging our employees to go Green and conserve natural resources and facilitate programs to protect our environment and natural resources.
