- Implementation of the Oracle project gave an opportunity to apply uniform business policies across all business processes. These policies were coded into the system, with a flexibility to change the same if needed.
- Integration of Finance and HRMS modules has facilitated seamless transfer of information between the two divisions. Also, there is a single source of truth from which all data originates, thus ensuring that no reconciliation would be needed between the two departments.
- Government mandated reports like Pension Report were developed capable of addressing government regulations of Qatar and could be submitted directly without any alterations.
- Automatic transfer of payroll costing data to GL had eliminated manual errors previously encountered in the process.
