Job Title: EPM/BI Architect
Profile:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Corporate Performance Management areas
- 5+ years of direct experience in defining Architecture of complex enterprise wide BI Reporting, Performance Management and Analytics applications using tools like Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy etc.
- Strong experience in Hyperion Suite of tools such as Hyperion BI, Planning, HFM and Essbase with excellent knowledge of tool capabilities and good Hands on knowledge
- Excellent experience in designing and building complex Dashboards, Scorecards, Ad Hoc Reports, Drill-Down, Slice & Dice Reports, Scheduled Reports etc. using BI tools like Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy etc.
- Experience with latest Visualization techniques (including Flash based reports) will be a big plus
- Strong business domain knowledge including Financial Analysis, Planning, Budgeting, Financial consolidation etc. is desired
- Thought leadership in Enterprise Performance Management and Financial application space - Experience across product management, consulting, business development and delivery of world class products/solutions
- Strong understanding of various development phases and deliverables of BI/CPM application and able to provide Estimates and Scheduling inputs to the Project Manager
